"This is from another uncirculated audience reel master tape, featuring an entire night at the Swing. The opening act was Sweathog (or Frosty??), then Elton John. "This is during Elton's "Reg Strikes Back" Tour. Elton's playing and powerful voice are Spot On. Although Elton does not attempt the higher notes in some songs (others he does) he most definitely gives an excellent performance. Not bad for Elton at 41 Years Old. Also note, I believe this is his first tour ever that he used an Electric Piano." Ex pre-FM stereo.

Janis Joplin with Big Brother - San Francisco 1967 [no label 2CD Torrent: 61847] "This show circulates under various dates and venues but no matter which one you have, this is by far the best of the circulating versions eg Light Is Faster Than Sound [which wrongly lists it as 1966] and as part of Blow All My Blues Away 9CD set." No known date and venue. A neuthorduo remaster. Ex SBD stereo. Remaster Notes: speed correction, ground hum and some hiss removed, removed gaps and most of the clocks and pops. Diginoise was fixed with a different (inferior) source. Second CD is 8+ mins only.

Sourced from 10 inch reel tape. This is better than the commonly found mono version. This is stereo. "Nice highs and vocals are up front. You will love it!!!. Tks 1-4 the very first New Order demo, recorded at Cabaret Voltaire's Western Works Studios in Sheffield, July 1980. Tks 5-19 studio rehearsals from 1981-1984. "Please note that these files are actually an improvement over the contents of the bootleg CD: I've cleaned up the intro to 'Truth' (track 4), so that it runs entirely smooth now." Ex- SBD stereo.

New Order - BBC's Rock Around The Clock 1984 [no label 1CD] live in London, Aug 25 1984. Recorded at Basement Studio for BBC's 24-hr show, Rock Around The Clock. Show was broadcast live. Includes the song Blue Monday with different lyrics including an expletive. Ex FM.

New Order - Salvation Demos [no label 1CD Torrent: 79531] studio sessions for original motion picture soundtrack to the film Salvation, featuring FIVE unreleased tracks from New Order. The OST was released Feb 1988. "When I got this tape in the '80s, I compared these versions with the official soundtrack. I heard this tape very often, and ( for me ) there are some big differences (his voice, different Lyrics, vocal version of "Let´s Go" is different than the version of the bootleg single and than the version which was released as a b-side of the "1963" promo CD single. Skull Crusher is one minute longer, than the official version. I hope this one is a rare one, and not a fake." Ex SBD stereo.

New Order - Reading 1993 [no label 1CD] live at Reading Festival, UK, Aug 29 1993 to promote Republic. At the time, the rock press reported New Order were about to split, hence some tension in this performance. The Michael Jackson vulgarity has been excised and is not on this version. Ex SBD stereo. Unfortunately there are gaps before five of the 13 tracks - Regret, True Faith, Temptation, Fine Time and Perfect Kiss. You can't close the gaps as some data/music is missing. NOT FOR TRADE.
