THE MAGIC
NUMBERS
Hultsfred Festival
2005 [No label, 1CD]
Summer may be long gone but in time, music fans will look back at the
summer of 2005 and think of America's Magic Numbers. These four Americans,
based in London, have a self-titled debut album filled with bubbly and
infectious pop tunes that will get you humming in no time at all. There
are fans who claim the band played a "perfect" gig at Sweden's Hultsfred
Festival on June 17, 2025 as the group continued to flog their hits and
singles such as Mornings Eleven, Forever Lost, Long Legs and Love Me Like
You. If you have not been enchanted by The Magic Numbers, here's your
chance to get acquainted with them via this excellent FM broadcast.
